Voice For All

Voice for All Advocacy Group were delighted to be invited to join the celebrations and have their own stall at the 2015 Preston Pride Event on the Flag Market, Preston. The event celebrated the uniqueness and individuality of each and every of us no matter our ability, disability, sexual orientation, colour, race, religion…

It was a fun filled day with live music and entertainment (with BLACK LACE being top of the bill), rides and amusements, and lots of stalls all showcasing and promoting their products and services, but most importantly all supporting and celebrating what PRIDE is all about! There was even a fun DRAG Competition with guys dressing up as Drag Queens and displaying their dance moves and ‘doing the Catwalk’! Voice for All had our very own Drag Queen entry with ‘The Dancing Diva’ AKA Chris (Wren) who did himself and all of us proud by dressing up, getting into the spirit of things and looking absolutely FAB-UL-OUS! Well done you Chris!

Voice for All’s stall was an array of colour with balloons, bunting and banners and throughout the day Voice for All members and supporters were busy making lots of new friends, sharing a friendship bracelet and offering everyone the chance to have their face painted with a ‘Voice for All’ and ‘PRIDE’ rainbow flag!

It was a great day with a great party atmosphere!

A big thank you to the organisers of PRESTON PRIDE and everyone from Voice for All and BOCS for helping out and supporting the event especially Lizzie, Tessa, Becky, Chris Eden and Chris Wren, Clare, Sammy, Adam and John. You all did us PROUD at PRIDE!

Here’s looking forward to next year’s PRIDE event and for Voice for All to be once again joining in the Party and Celebrations.
