Sue Whitehead, a team leader from our Supported Living services in Lancashire, went above and beyond her job role recently, by providing excellent leadership and support to her staff team by working out of hours when a client sadly passed away.
Sue helped to assist with arranging the client’s funeral in any way she could. Her high levels of commitment and effort were greatly appreciated by everyone.
