Staff at Gough Lane responded with great compassion and resilience in response to a client’s unexpected decline to her health. Staff worked well beyond their required hours to ensure that her family received regular communication and updates regarding progress whilst in hospital. Sadly our client passed away very unexpectedly and this was a very sad and emotional time for her family and friends. The support team were excellent advocates and a credit to Brothers of Charity.
