Jayne has gone above and beyond recently taking on a ‘lead’ type role, ensuring all all allocated actions are completed and delegated within the team. Jayne has been encouraged to apply for a lead position however, Jayne has explained this is not something she is interested in at the oment but enjoys working with the team to ensure a smooth running of the service.
