The staff team at the Beeches went the extra mile to ensure the transition of a previous client, Elizabeth, to Cygnet Care residential services went as smooth as possible. This was achieved after a very demanding period, both in terms of direct support staff difficulties and labour intensive management of the client’s service.
While the transfer was an emotional day, Katie Cringle, Sam Atkinson, Jenny Ramshaw were satisfied that the new care provider will meet Elizabeth’s current needs. The staff team at The Beeches were excellent throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure the client’s transition was successful and the team were complimented by the new provider for their professionalism.
