All staff working at Dale View are a hard working close team and ensure that all service users’ needs are always met to the best of their ability. Although they may have lost a member of the team this month, the team refuse to allow agency in the home to cover shifts and are picking the shifts up between one another until the position is filled.
The team are currently working alongside other professionals for a client to be discharged from hospital and come home to Dale View on end of life care. This is a huge positive for our client rather than going into a nursing home, and for the staffing team at Dale View who have worked alongside our client for a number of years providing his care.
