Our Support Living Team 2 in Lancashire’s management team and lead support workers have gone above and beyond being extremely supportive due to a staff member reporting a positive case of Covid19. This was reported through the on call, out of day time hours. Nikki Farnworth, Rachael Taylor, Sam Atkinson and Amanda Gleeson kindly worked outside of their scheduled hours to ensure that all staff, clients and client families were informed of the situation and tests were arranged for the appropriate clients.
All actions and plans that had previously been put in place where followed correctly, resulting in a positive outcome of no further reported cases. Follow up actions were also completed ensuring that all teams had adequate stock levels of PPE and all staff were aware and following the correct guidance keeping everyone safe at all times.
