A client has improved his health and wellbeing dramatically since moving into Warmington road with the help of the great support team at the property. The team have supported the client to use E-cigarettes; previously he was smoking up to 10 hand rolled cigarettes a day. As a result of this, the client doesn’t cough anymore or have discoloured hands from smoking. Thanks to the brilliant support he has received, the client is now feeling more confident in himself to go out and exercise. On his 1:1 days, he now takes advantage of the free gym equipment in the local park by his house which he really enjoys.
The client has recently joined Slimmer’s World which has given him lots of help and ideas on how to improve his health.
