Nicola Dalton has gone above and beyond her role recently for the ladies at Thomas Lane by arranging their long-planned trip to get their hair and nails done. The ladies have been eager to do this all through the pandemic and, as some of them have been shielding, Nicola has carried organised all arrangements and checked the trip can take place as safely possible for our clients. Her hard work and care has meant that the ladies could finally achieve their wish and do so safely. This kind gesture has had a huge impact on the ladies’ mental health. Thank you Nicola.
