Irene Ponting and Michelle Ponce have gone the extra mile to help through a difficult time within the Nursing home. Both Irene and Michelle have demonstrated a professional approach to support their colleagues and clients to remain healthy and safe, whilst maintaining the highest standard of care. They have worked well as a team to ensure that the Nursing Home remains Covid-19 free. At times this has meant working additional hours to guarantee a safe and working environment.
