Arek continues to always go above and beyond for all the clients he supports in Rosehedge and 5 Willow Close. Arek ensures that he has regular contact with all family members to ensure they are kept up to date with all information regarding the clients. This positive interaction with families has been reported to the Knowsley review team and will be reflected in the new documents they will be issuing for the clients. Arek ensures that all procedures are followed when dealing with different situations with the clients such as best interests for hospital procedures and ensuring COP allow access to the finances available for a client. Arek strives to achieve the best he can at the location and ensures that all staff issues are dealt with in an appropriate manner. Arek has the clients’ best interests at the heart of everything that he does in the locations, this is reflected in the relationships with the clients, their families and the staff teams.
