Thank you to Julie Roberts who continues to go the extra mile within the Nursing Home. She always supports all colleagues, clients and families in what can be difficult times. An example of when Julie has gone above and beyond is when she delivered CPR to a client before he sadly passed away. During this particularly tough time, her main concern was the welfare of others including the gentleman’s family. Julie remained professional in her approach to the emergency services, other clients and staff. She made it her priority to reassure clients and her staff team, when it was evidently a difficult time for herself.
