Antonia and the staff team at 462 Queens Drive have all gone above and beyond in order to help a new client settle in to their accommodation. He has had a difficult time of late and has needed some extra support to help aid the transition. Antonia and the rest of the team have been much needed support for him; offering care, help and advice and even coming in, voluntarily during their days off, to help. All of their actions have meant that a client, who has come from a chaotic and troublesome background, has been welcomed in to a calm, happy home and made to feel truly at home with us.
