Margaret has gone above and beyond recently to help a client who has been experiencing a difficult time. Margaret has kindly come into work during her days off to help colleagues and Lead Support Worker when the client has been unwell. She has accompanied her client to hospital, making sure he remained calm and comfortable, whilst also supporting the emergency services to ensure he received the best medical attention.
