Thank you to Christine Travis from our Nursing Services in Merseyside, who supported one of our clients and her Aunt in A&E recently. It was a very long day and our clients Aunt said the support Christine provided was amazing and helped her through a difficult time, as our client was so sick. She stated she could not fault the care given and insisted our client did not remain in hospital as she was so confident the care in the home was exceptional and she could not guarantee the same level of care would be received in the hospital. This demonstrates great support and certainly is going the extra mile for the people we support.
