Irene Ponting continues to go above and beyond her job role to work and support all our nursing home staff, to ensure service users preferences are always listened to. In the current climate the impact on service users has been kept to e minimum, due to the kindness of staff like Irene, who go out their way to make sure the little things that mean to much to our service users are acknowledged.
