Annmarie Campbell went above and beyond her job role recently, by kindly visiting an individual we support in hospital on her days off and ensuring he was receiving the best care before he sadly passed away. Annmarie was constantly liaising with hospital staff and the social worker team to ensure Michael was as comfortable as he could be.
Jayne Mahon, Annmarie’s area coordinator, received an email from the hospital social worker, thanking Annmarie for her professionalism and compassion throughout the time our client was in hospital.
