John Harwood and the staff team at 4 Willow Close. have worked effortlessly to welcome a new client to their location ensuring she settled in smoothly during this difficult time. All the team have worked together in completing all relevant paperwork and liaising with family, reassuring them at all times as they are sadly not able to visit our client during the pandemic. The clients family were highly appreciative of the level of kindness and reassurance they had received from our staff.
