Kay Vout, a support worker from our Liverpool Services, has really gone above and beyond her job role in completing a client’s shopping on her days off work. As our client lives alone and only receives core hours, Kay kindly offered to help in any way she can. She has purchased any items the client requires such as food, essentials and even birthday presents for the clients upcoming birthday.
Kay has also covered lots of staff sickness at very short notice and is a great asset to the team.
