The staff team from 5 Willow Close have gone above and beyond their role and provided excellent care and support for a client which improved their health and enabled them to be discharged from the stroke clinic.
The team helped the client carry out their physiotherapy exercise programme which supported the client’s rehabilitation. It was often challenging for the members of staff, as the client initially had to have a lot of motivation to engage but the outcome has been so positive and the health professionals have been delighted with the progression that has been made The help and support given by the staff members was highly appreciated by everyone.
