Michelle supported her area coordinator to ensure the swift transition of bedrooms for a client at 5 willow Close. The client has been moved in to a bedroom that’s closer to the lounge area, so that in the case of an emergency staff are able to attend to her quicker.
Michelle ensured that all the client’s personal items were moved into the bedroom whilst she was out with her family. When the client returned, her room was ready for her to stay in. Michelle helped her area coordinator by ensuring that the bedroom layout was as safe as possible and that all personal items that are important to the client were visible for her.
The clients family were delighted with the efforts and purchased chocolates and flowers for Michelle and her area coordinator. They both stayed beyond their shift finishing time to ensure that this was completed for the client.
