Pat and her team support 2 tenants with challenging needs to live as independently as possible. Pat supports her dedicated team to fulfil this vital role.
She is very much hands on, listens to all around her for fresh ideas, and is never judgemental in her approach. Pat will support tenants and staff to achieve identified outcomes. Always putting them first before her own needs.
Pat is an inspiration to all around her, working with professionals to deliver the best possible service for our client group. Pat will challenge the service if she feels it’s in the tenants’ best interest but always with focus and drive in a calm and positive manner.
