Thank you to Dawn O’Brien for organising a fantastic VE Day Celebration for the people we support in Thingwall. Dawn ensured that everyone was safe at all times and adhering to the social distancing rules. She kindly cooked everyone burgers on the BBQ and made sure everyone had the best time whilst staying safe. Dawn’s kind gesture really helped to lift both staff and clients spirits during this difficult time.
All staff teams in Willow Close have gone above and beyond their job role to organise outdoor exercises and dancing for our clients to enjoy, whilst adhering to the rules of social distancing. They also arranged a joint bingo session for all clients across the bungalows. Our staff recognised by creating activities for our clients, that this would really reduce the levels of stress throughout these trying times.
