Tracey, Amanda, Debbie, Jane and Linda went above and beyond their job role, by working extremely hard over the festive period when there were high levels of sickness across their two locations. The team pulled together to organise shift patterns and rotas, whilst at the same time ensuring that their clients had an amazing Christmas!
The team kindly covered shifts when needed at such short notice and still continued to go above and beyond by making sure 2 new clients were welcomed into their new home and settled in nicely. These members of staff have remained competent, consistent and professional at all times and should be proud of their hard work and dedication. It is greatly appreciated.
