Tracy Woods has gone above and beyond her job role recently by being a consistent member of staff and helping out wherever is needed, as we have recently been experiencing high levels of staff sickness at our services.
Tracy has gone out of her way to cover shifts and changer her original shifts at such short notice. She has generously moved her holidays twice and picked up additional sifts to ensure that the clients at 4 Willow Close were able to continue with their planned activities.
Tracy continues to put 100% into the work she does and always comes into work with a smile on her face. Everybody is very grateful for the huge amounts of help and effort Tracy has and will continue to provide.
